In fast-paced shooters, whoever sees first and reacts first wins. The Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G27i 2026 refreshes the image up to 200 times per second, and a pixel switches color in 1 ms. Because the 27-inch Fast IPS panel is full HD, even a mid-range graphics card reaches the high frame rates you need for 200 Hz. That way you game at e-sports speed, without having to buy a new PC first.

200 Hz that you actually reach
A high refresh rate only makes sense if your graphics card delivers enough frames. That's where this monitor shines: at Full HD, an average gaming PC hits much higher framerates than on a sharper panel. That way you really get to see the full 200 Hz.
The Fast IPS panel refreshes up to 200 times per second, and a pixel switches color in 1 ms (GtG). As a result, moving images stay sharp, with no blurry edges or ghosting.
In practice, you'll spot an opponent coming around the corner just a fraction sooner, and the picture responds instantly to your mouse. For the full 200 Hz, use the included HDMI cable or your own DisplayPort cable.

No tearing and no stuttering
With FreeSync Premium, the screen refreshes exactly as often as your graphics card delivers new images. If your framerate drops during an intense battle, the screen adjusts instantly. So you'll never see two half-frames at the same time.
That means you won't deal with tearing, the horizontal break that runs across the image, or with stutters anymore. Especially when a lot is happening at once, like during an explosion or in a busy city, the image stays smooth.
FreeSync Premium works with AMD graphics cards. According to Xiaomi, the screen also works with G-Sync, so you get the same benefit with an NVIDIA card. Just make sure to turn on the feature in the screen's menu and in your graphics card's software.

Vivid colors that are true to life
With 400 nits and HDR 400, the screen shows more detail in both the bright and dark areas of a game. Even in a sunny room, the image stays easy to see.
The panel covers 100% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3. Every monitor is calibrated at the factory, with a colour deviation of less than ΔE 2. Just select sRGB mode in the menu to use that calibration.
So after gaming, the G27i 2026 also makes a great screen for shows, photos and work. The viewing angle is 178°, so the colours stay the same whether you're slouched back or someone's looking over your shoulder.
How does the Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G27i 2026 compare?
Two 27-inch gaming monitors with 200 Hz and 1 ms. The difference is in the resolution: the G27i shows Full HD, the G27Qi QHD. With Full HD your graphics card reaches high framerates more easily, with QHD you see more detail.

How to set up the Xiaomi G27i 2026
Attach the stand, plug in the cable and turn it on. Then run through these five steps once. That way you'll get the full 200 Hz and the right colors out of your screen.
Step 1: choose the right cable
Step 1: choose the right cable
Use the included HDMI cable, or your own DisplayPort cable with enough bandwidth. A DisplayPort cable is not in the box. Connect the cable to your graphics card and not to the motherboard, otherwise the image runs through the processor.
Step 2: set the refresh rate to 200 Hz
Step 2: set the refresh rate to 200 Hz
Windows often sets a new display to 60 Hz. Open your display settings, go to the advanced settings and select 200 Hz as the refresh rate. Only then will your display run at full speed.
Step 3: turn on FreeSync or G-Sync
Step 3: turn on FreeSync or G-Sync
First enable FreeSync in the display's menu, then in your graphics card's software. On AMD the option is called FreeSync. On NVIDIA you enable G-SYNC in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
Step 4: select the sRGB mode
Step 4: select the sRGB mode
You operate the menu with the joystick button on the back. That's faster than fumbling around for separate buttons by touch. Select the sRGB color mode there, so you'll use the factory calibration and the colors will be as accurate as possible.
Step 5: turn on blue light mode
Step 5: turn on blue light mode
Do you often game in the evening? If so, turn on blue light mode in the same menu – you'll need to enable it yourself. At the end of a long evening, your eyes will notice the difference.
