For the full 200 Hz, use the included DisplayPort cable and then check your computer's display settings, since they're often set to 60 Hz by default. Turn on FreeSync in your graphics card settings, otherwise that feature goes unused. In the on-screen menu, set the overdrive to Fast; that setting gives the sharpest image without overly visible artifacts. And if you're gaming in a dark room at night, dim the screen a bit, because 400 nits is pretty bright then.
