The P1 meter measures your electricity consumption in real time, so your home battery knows exactly when charging or discharging pays off. It's automatically added to your cart.
A home battery doesn't have to be a whole project. The Zendure SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ plugs straight into a wall socket, connects to your existing solar panels, and from that moment on it stores the day's surplus for the evening and night. With 8 kWh of capacity and up to 3 kW of power through a regular circuit, this is the entry-level model of the Mix series: compact in design, but with the same battery and the same smart control as its bigger siblings.
If the power goes out, the backup output keeps your essential devices running. The battery is good for 10,000 cycles with a 10-year warranty, and HEMS 2.0 decides for itself when charging or discharging is most cost-effective. The metal housing is IP65-rated and works from -20 °C to 55 °C, so a garage or a spot under a lean-to is perfectly fine too.

For Those Who Already Have Solar Panels
The system is built for homes that already have solar panels on the roof. Your current inverter and most of the wiring simply stay in place; the battery is added alongside them, so to speak, and captures whatever your panels generate in excess.
This way you add storage without replacing your existing setup, and that saves you work, mess and money.

Powerful, with capacity to spare on the circuit
Whereas a standard household circuit is capped at 3680W, this system deliberately delivers up to 3 kW through the wall socket. That's plenty for the everyday power users in your home, while leaving room on the same circuit for smaller devices and fluctuations in usage.
So you don't need to remodel or modify anything: plugging into a free wall socket is all it takes to start saving.

Even when the power goes out
If the power goes out, the system switches over almost seamlessly and keeps your essential devices running through the backup power output, with extra peak power for appliances that have a high startup current.
And if your solar panels stay connected, the battery can even keep charging on solar power during an outage in daytime.

Built to last
The battery is good for 10,000 charging cycles. With daily use, that comes down to about 15 years, and Zendure backs it with a 10-year warranty. That's the horizon over which an investment like this can really be judged.
The metal housing is IP65 dust- and water-resistant and works from -20 °C to 55 °C, so a garage, shed or spot under a carport works just fine too. The built-in swivel casters make it easy to roll into place.

90% round-trip efficiency
Store more. Keep more.
For every 10 kWh you put into the battery, 9 comes back out ready to use. That 90% round-trip efficiency means less loss between charging and discharging, and therefore more of your own solar power that you actually use in the evening.
If you use the battery every day, it adds up. If you run around 2,000 kWh through the battery per year, every percent of efficiency already saves you 20 kWh.

Save money effortlessly
The HEMS 2.0 energy management system automatically determines when the battery charges, discharges or ignores the grid, based on your solar production, your consumption, the current electricity price and the battery status.
With a dynamic energy contract, the system tops up during the cheap hours and you use your stored power when prices peak. If you want your consumption tracked even more accurately, connect the Zendure Smart Meter P1 to your smart meter.

How It Works in Practice
Choose a ventilated spot in the shade, away from heat sources, and keep at least 5 cm of space clear behind the device for heat dissipation. Make sure you have stable Wi-Fi coverage, or connect the system to your router with a network cable.
If you're not using the battery for a while, discharge it to around 30% and top it up to 60% every three months; that keeps the battery in good condition. Clean the housing with a dry cloth only.

Safety You Won't Even Notice
The battery management system keeps an eye on each cell individually: voltage, current and temperature are continuously measured and adjusted. If anything deviates, the system steps in before something goes wrong, and the LiFePO4 cells are chemically more stable than the lithium-ion cells you know from phones.
All of that happens in the background, without you having to lift a finger.

Works where other systems fall short
Metal housing, IP65 rating and a wide temperature range. In the garage, the shed or outside under a canopy.
FAQ about the Zendure SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+
The questions we get asked most often about home storage. Don't see your question here? Feel free to call or email us.
Can I connect the SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ myself?
Can I connect the SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ myself?
For the basic setup, a free power outlet is all you need, so you don't have to open up your meter cabinet. If you want to use more power or feed it back to the grid, have a certified installer take a look; there are rules for that in the Netherlands. Not sure about your situation? Just give us a call.
What's the difference from the 4000 Mix AC+?
What's the difference from the 4000 Mix AC+?
The battery, the 10,000-cycle lifespan, the efficiency and HEMS 2.0 are the same on both. The difference lies in the power output, 3 kW versus 4 kW, and above all in the expandability: this model stays fixed at 8 kWh, while the 4000 grows all the way up to 50 kWh. If you're expecting a heat pump or a charging station, go for the 4000.
How Many kWh Do I Need?
How Many kWh Do I Need?
Look at what you use in the evenings and at night, because that's the part that comes from the battery. For a household that uses around 3,000 kWh per year, 8 kWh easily covers the daily basics. If you're well above that, a larger or expandable system is the smarter choice.
Does the 3000 Mix AC+ work with my existing solar panels?
Does the 3000 Mix AC+ work with my existing solar panels?
Yes, this model is built for exactly that. Your current inverter and wiring stay as they are; the battery is placed alongside them and captures whatever excess your panels generate. If you don't have solar panels yet, the system can also charge during the cheap hours of your energy contract.
Can I expand the 3000 Mix AC+ later?
Can I expand the 3000 Mix AC+ later?
No, this is a closed 8 kWh system. That keeps the price low, but it also means you're locked into that capacity. If you'd like that flexibility, take a look at the 4000 Mix AC+, which expands up to 50 kWh.
What happens during a power outage?
What happens during a power outage?
The system switches over to the backup power output almost seamlessly, so your fridge, lights and router keep running. Extra peak power is available for devices with a high startup current. If your solar panels stay connected, the battery even continues charging during the day while the outage lasts.
Can the SolarFlow 3000 also be used in a rental home or apartment?
Can the SolarFlow 3000 also be used in a rental home or apartment?
Often yes, precisely because you don't have to change anything in the meter cupboard. Pay attention to the location: ventilated, out of the sun and with 5 cm of space behind the device. If you're renting, it's wise to inform your landlord in advance.
