Phone at home, shoes on, and off you go: with the Xiaomi Redmi Watch 6 Lite you've got everything a workout needs right on your wrist. Thanks to built-in satellite navigation, it records your route and pace without needing your phone along, and with 5 ATM water resistance and a professional swim mode, it can even join you in the pool.
Add to that a large 1.96 inch AMOLED display with 1500 nits and up to 18 days of battery life, and you've got a sports watch that doesn't compromise on anything. It keeps an eye on you outside of sports too: heart rate, sleep, stress and oxygen saturation are tracked all day long, and you can make calls straight from your wrist via Bluetooth.

Running without your phone
The built-in GNSS chip supports the five major satellite systems, so the watch accurately tracks your route, distance and pace while your phone stays at home.
With over 150 sport modes, there's a suitable tracking option for every activity, from running, walking and cycling to complete running courses. The watch also offers warm-up guidance, so every workout starts more safely and effectively.

Take it into the water
With a water resistance of 5 ATM, equivalent to a pressure at up to 50 meters deep, this watch is made to swim with. The 9-axis motion sensor recognizes your swim strokes and keeps track of your laps, while the swim mode records your average speed, underwater heart rate trends and SWOLF efficiency.
Afterwards, you analyze your workout in the app, just as professionally as on dry land.

Large screen, always easy to read
The 1.96-inch AMOLED display has strikingly narrow bezels and a peak brightness of no less than 1500 nits, so you can read your pace at a glance even in bright sunlight.
The Always-on Display shows the time permanently, and the ambient light sensor adjusts the brightness automatically: bright where needed, dimmed in the dark. With the extensive choice of watch faces, you decide the look yourself.

Your health at a glance
Throughout the day, the watch keeps track of how you're doing. And when someone calls, you simply take the call right from your wrist via bluetooth.
