Four-Stage Deep Filtering
The four-stage filtration system purifies fine particles, hair, sludge and residual chlorine, as well as Ca and Mg ions that cause kidney stones. These are effectively intercepted and filtered out, giving you healthy, soft and tasty water that pets love to drink.
The filter frame and PP membrane meet the FDA regulations for food contact, so you can be sure your water is safe.
Smart Refresh Reminders
We recommend replacing the filters once a month and the water pipe once every two months. When you connect the fountain to the Xiaomi Home app, it will even let you know when it's time to replace the filter. That way your dog or cat is never faced with a dirty water bowl again.
When replacing the filter, it's a good idea to first rinse it under the tap for two minutes to wash away any activated carbon that may have come loose during transport and unpacking. Then place the filter into the filter slot. After that, put the lid back on the water tank. Finally, hold the Filter Reset button for 2 seconds and your Pet Fountain is ready to use again!
