With its metal-look frame and 2.5D curved glass, the band looks a lot more grown-up than its weight of 18 grams would suggest. The 1.47-inch color screen refreshes at 60Hz, making every swipe feel smooth, and with over 100 watch faces you can switch up the look whenever you like.
The strap has a vertical stripe texture and an improved anti-slip buckle, so it stays firmly in place even during workouts.
Sports and Swimming
With 50 sports modes, the band accurately tracks your workouts, from running and cycling to strength training. Thanks to the 5 ATM water resistance, equal to pressure at a depth of 50 meters, you can also take it into the pool; while swimming, it keeps track of your burned calories and training time.

Can I swim with the Smart Band 11 Active?
Yes. With 5 ATM water resistance, it can go right into the pool with you; while you swim, it tracks your calories and workout duration. Do take the band off in a hot shower or the sauna, though; steam and hot water fall outside the protection. Rinse the band with clean water after swimming.

Two measurements are off by default and you turn them on yourself: continuous oxygen measurement and, via the advanced monitoring in the Mi Fitness app, extended stress tracking. Once switched on, they simply run along all day.

Up to 21 days with light use; with all continuous measurements on, around 8 days. Choose your heart rate frequency wisely too: measuring every 30 minutes saves battery, while measuring every minute gives the finest picture but uses more power.
