On the Redmi Watch 3 Active you'll find more than 100 sport modes powered by built-in sensors and professional sport algorithms. This lets you see your performance and your body's health status at a glance. The 100 sport modes include, among others, 10 professional sport modes: outdoor running, walking, jogging or running on the treadmill, outdoor cycling, walking, hiking, trail running, walking, rowing (on the rowing machine), jump rope and elliptigo (elliptical machine).
Detects oxygen saturation
This ultra-smart smartwatch features a professional optical oximetry sensor that detects your blood oxygen saturation and warns you when your blood oxygen level is too low. On top of that, it monitors your heart rate non-stop and alerts you when your heart rate gets too high.
