Xiaomi Imilab EC5 Floodlight Camera

With the Xiaomi Imilab EC5 Floodlight you keep an eye on your house, yard or front door day and night and prevent unwanted visitors from making their entrance. The camera can be rotated in both horizontal and vertical directions so you can monitor each room in the full 360 degrees. Very handy: when there is movement in the image, the camera and the flood light turn with the moving object, so you can better recognize burglars on the images afterwards.

The 3MP camera films in 2K HDR resolution, allowing you to capture clear details and colors. The camera is also able to detect a familiar face and sends you an automatic notification to your smartphone the moment that person comes into view. So you always know who's at the door. Through the two-way audio you even play sound in the room of the camera or send an audio through. This way you communicate directly through the camera.

Intelligent night mode

The Xiaomi Imilab EC5 Floodlight goes a step further than the traditional infrared light with the intelligent night mode: with the LED diodes you can illuminate the room in such a way that you also watch and record in color image at night. This intelligent night mode, when you set it that way, only turns on when a face is in view, which means the intruder or other unwanted person will be in color on screen. When the camera discovers that the object is not human, it automatically switches to classic night vision.

The camera is certainly smart: you can view images via the Imilab Home app or the Xiaomi Mi Home app on your smartphone. Through the app you can also control the camera in real time and rotate it to the angle you want. You can also set up 'zones', with which you can keep an extra eye on a specific area.

When detecting a known or unknown person, a notification can be sent directly to your phone, so you are immediately informed. In case of an unsafe situation, you can immediately activate the built-in siren. This siren is very loud with 100 decibels, so the burglar immediately disappears and neighbors are alerted. Just as safe!

Resistant to severe weather

Thanks to its IP66 certification, the Xiaomi Imilab EC5 Floodlight is rainproof and works in temperatures from -30 to 60 degrees. You can therefore use the camera both indoors and outdoors. Mounting is easy due to the compact size and can be on the ceiling, wall or a pole. The camera can rotate horizontally up to 350 degrees, which is a full circle! Vertically, there is also a wide angle of view of 100 degrees.

This wired camera is the successor to the popular Imilab EC3 Camera. Connecting is done via wifi or LAN cable and saving is done via multiple ways. The images of the last 7 days can be stored in the cloud or on a Micro SD card up to 256GB.
