The Aqara Camera Hub G3 is a security camera and Zigbee smart home hub in one. Monitoring a room is what the Aqara Camera Hub G3 does with both video and artificial intelligence. The Aqara G3 Camera has a powerful sensor with 2304x1296 pixels. The camera thus captures razor-sharp videos of 2k resolution, of considerably better quality than a Full HD camera. With the special Night Vision mode, the images are also razor sharp at night. The Camera Hub G3 offers a field of view of 110 degrees and can easily capture an entire room. 

Thanks to the latest Zigbee 3.0 standard, the Camera Hub G3 can be connected to Aqara Home, Apple Homekit, IFTTT, Google Home and Amazon Alexa. So you can integrate this security camera into any Smart Home! The images can also be viewed live on another monitor via the USB-C output. 

In addition to being a security camera, the Aqara G3 Camera is also an Aqara Hub that you use to control other devices. So you no longer need a separate Aqara Hub! With the G3 Camera Hub you can connect other Aqara devices via Zigbee or control devices with an Infrared receiver. In total you can connect up to 128 devices. 

Large field of view

The Aqara Camera Hub G3 can rotate almost 360 degrees, so that the area behind the camera can also be visualized. If you wish, you can tilt the Aqara Camera G3 horizontally and an additional 30 degrees up or 15 degrees down. You can hide the camera on, for example, a bookshelf, desktop or even on a tripod. The camera can be used with the special Aqara Home app and the camera can connect to a 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. The live images can be effortlessly streamed to an Alexa or a Google Assistant powered smart display.

The Camera G3 features HomeKit Secure and can store the images via the secure iCloud server. A nice extra of the camera is that it can use artificial intelligence to easily recognize a person or a pet, and in addition, the Aqara G3 camera is able to respond to five hand gestures. For example, you can easily turn off the light with a hand gesture. If the camera is in operation, you can tell by the red lit LED light. In addition, the camera has a slot for a micro-SD card (up to 128GB in size). This is the official European version that has the necessary CE mark and the Apple, Google and Amazon certifications.
