Returns within the return period
You can return your order within 14 days after the purchase date without giving any reason. For further information please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
We ask you to send an email to [email protected], stating your order number and that you wish to return the order. You can then download the return form via this link. If you are dissatisfied with the product, then the return costs are for your own account. In case of a defective product, we will refund the return costs afterwards!
You can send the order, in original packaging and without any user traces, together with the completed return form to:
Upon correct receipt, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible.
Reporting a defect within the warranty period
We naturally offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased from us. For further information please refer to our General Terms and Conditions. If the purchased product has a defect, we must receive it back for processing.
To register the product for warranty, please send an email to [email protected]. In the mail please mention the order number and that there is a defect. Please also describe the defect as detailed as possible, so that we can answer it immediately.
We will then contact you directly for further processing.
