I ordered an Anker Solis Max AC during the early bird. Communication with the company, especially with Rico, was really pleasant as a customer. Rico kept me well informed about the delivery and was happy to think along with me. After we arranged the delivery, they even offered a free fixed connection so I could hook up the home battery via a permanent wired connection. Absolutely fantastic, of course. In short: a really great company where service and thinking along with the customer are still held in high regard. Keep up the good work!

I placed an order with TechPunt and the order and payment went perfectly. I had selected a pickup point, but that wasn't visible in my account. The delivery via DHL didn't go well at first, but was later sorted out nicely and I received my order neatly at home. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong color, but this can happen and still needs to be resolved, though it'll surely work out fine. My experience with TechPunt is positive because everything went clearly and smoothly, and if there's an issue it gets resolved neatly and quickly.

I found and purchased the Anker Solix MAX pro through Techpunt. I asked a few technical questions beforehand, which were answered neatly — with the help of AI. They also thought along about the technical setup of the home installation. Proactively too, when it came to my question about backup power.

Contact via email was smooth and clear. Agreements were kept nicely and they even went out of their way to arrange more benefits! If I do have to point out one thing to improve, the way the payment went is a bit odd. I received a Mollie payment link via email. It worked fine, but I'd still prefer to do that through my TechPunt page. I'm also still missing the final invoice for the product itself.

I ordered the Zendure Solar Flow 800 Plus home battery and it was delivered the next day. The P1 wasn't included, so I called and was treated really nicely, and it was still delivered very quickly afterwards. Top!

Good value for second hand Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter. Ordered Sunday, arrived in Ireland on Saturday. Had to rerun brake cable, as outer sleeve was 2 cm away from rear caliper barrel adjuster. Didn't receive an email telling me the parcel had been dispatched nor any tracking details.

I ordered a charger and it was delivered the very next day. Everything went exactly as described, so from me they get 5 stars.

Great, well-organized site, fast delivery and excellent products just as described. Something else I really liked was the packaging: the suction cups neatly placed in a proper box instead of just tossed into a bag. So all the products arrived in perfect condition.
