Display
The Poco X6 features a stunning 6.67-inch 1.5K CrystalRes AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2712x1220p at 446PPI and a very high 120Hz refresh rate. Watching Netflix or YouTube on this screen is a treat! And you can do it just as easily outdoors, thanks to the high brightness of 1800 nits.
For the highest-quality videos, the phone also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+. And a whopping 68 billion brilliant colors ensure natural, smooth visuals. The Poco X6 5G is also TÜV Rheinland certified for its low blue light and flicker-free display. So no square eyes from using the Poco X6!
Behind that screen
The heart of the Xiaomi Poco X6 5G is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and performance-wise this is a giant leap forward: CPU performance has improved by around 31% and GPU performance by as much as 57%. Whatever task you perform on the phone, the Poco X6 handles it lightning fast!
Xiaomi hasn't skimped on storage capacity either, starting at 8GB RAM and 512GB ROM and going up to 12GB RAM and 512GB ROM. All that speed is further complemented by the latest Dynamic RAM Expansion 3.0, which can be expanded to 12GB of virtual RAM for around 24GB of RAM, ensuring an ultra-smooth user experience.
Snap away
The camera function has also received a few updates compared to the Poco X5. The rear camera has a 64MP primary camera with higher resolution, with dual stabilization thanks to OIS and EIS, so you can capture clear, stable videos. Even when recording in 4K, because from now on this smartphone can do that too!
Alongside the main camera, you also get an 8MP wide-angle and a 2MP macro camera, and the selfie camera is 16MP. With this combination of three cameras, you capture sharp details, even from a great distance. The colors in your photos also come out true to life.
Super battery
Other standout features of the Poco X6 are certainly the stereo speakers, but especially the generous 5,100mAh battery that charges super fast at 67W. To give you an idea of how fast that is: your battery is back to 100% after three quarters of an hour of charging.
The battery is impressive all round: it lasts over 20 hours of streaming; if you want to call all your friends and chat for a long time, you can do that too: a good 31 hours no less; and if you manage to put your Poco down (we doubt it, but still), your phone stays on standby for more than two weeks for you. If battery life is important to you, then the Poco X6 is a great choice!
Design
In terms of design, Xiaomi has stayed true to earlier Pocos, but the X6 5G has been enhanced with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. Your smartphone can certainly take a knock, because your screen is fitted with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and protects up to 2 times better against scratches. Despite its strength, the Poco X6 is very thin, with side bezels measuring just 1.3mm!
