Which of the three?
The Cube can be built from three Lights: the Matrix, the Panel and the Spotlight. All three have their own unique properties. You need one Base station, and you can connect a total of 6 Extension blocks to it.
The Matrix has 25 light clusters with RGB colors arranged in a 5x5 grid. Every individual light bead can be controlled through the Yeelight Station app, and you use it to create your own pixel graffiti. With 16 million color options per light bead, together they deliver an endless range of color combinations. The Matrix has no diffuser, which ensures sharp and clear rendering of your designs and patterns.
The Panel — the name already gives it away a bit — uses a light panel, again with RGB technology. With this part you can create spectacular lighting effects. Like the Matrix, the Panel has 25 separate LEDs, but with a diffuser over them. This allows the Panel to display multiple colors at once and offers dynamic and vivid lighting effects. Here too you have 16 million color options at your disposal, and you can endlessly play with a range of light and shadow.
The Spotlight is designed to project one color at a time. It rotates 350 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically, so you can aim the beam wherever you want. The primary purpose of the Spot is to act as a targeted light source and add color to your wall or ceiling.
By combining them, you create all kinds of enchanting lighting patterns! A fun combination you can make, for example, is the clock from the photos. You create that with one Matrix + Base and three Matrix Extension blocks. Another example is the Christmas tree, a combination of one Matrix + Base with one Matrix Extension and one Spot Extension.
Easily modular
The modules connect to each other easily and magnetically. And thanks to the unique circular design of the data transmission ring, each module can rotate 360 degrees. This gives you complete control and flexibility when setting up your Xiaomi Yeelight Cube Smart Lamp. What's more, the settings are effortless to adjust with the touch switch. You can easily adjust the brightness and color temperature of every block. And if all that convenience still isn't enough: the Cube pairs effortlessly with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Home Assistant, Samsung SmartThings and Matter!
The Cube is compatible with your games or other desktop applications on Android, iOS and Windows via Razer Chroma RGB and Overwolf, and it reads the colors on your screen, so to speak. It registers real-time color changes and turns them into dynamic light and shadow effects, delivering a rich interactive experience. You can also sync the Yeelight Smart Cubes with your music, so the effects move along with the beat!
The Xiaomi Yeelight Cube Smart Lamp features wifi and Bluetooth 5.0, and you can expect the lights to have a lifespan of around 60,000 hours. What makes the Cube unique is that it doesn't have to be mounted on the wall. The smart lamp can simply be moved and rearranged into the configuration of your choice.
