Xiaomi Roborock presents its most powerful handheld model yet! The previous Roborock Dyad model has been perfected with small tweaks while keeping all the well-functioning features. The Dyad Pro now boasts a massive 17,000Pa suction power, is suitable for hard floors and can clean both wet and dry, as well as mop.
From dust and breadcrumbs to a puddle of milk or mud, this wet/dry vacuum cleaner picks up everything! With cleaning rollers that span the full width of the vacuum nozzle, the Dyad Pro cleans the entire width of the room, leaving no dirt behind in the corners.
Practical design
The Dyad is a cordless vacuum cleaner with a sleek design, and thanks to its white and anthracite accents, the Dyad Pro doesn't stand out too much. The nozzle is just a bit larger than its predecessor, while the weight has remained virtually the same. At 4.8kg, the Dyad Pro weighs a lot less than comparable hard-floor cleaners. The larger nozzle makes the Dyad Pro very stable and allows the vacuum cleaner to be stored upright.
The 900ml water tank is separate from the cleaning-solution tank, and the Dyad Pro automatically mixes the right amount of water with cleaning solution. A full cleaning-solution tank lasts for up to twenty water refills. On hard floors, the Roborock Dyad Pro combines vacuuming with mopping to make your floor shine beautifully. On carpet or other floor coverings, the Dyad Pro stops using water.
The dirty water is collected in a 770ml tank. This tank contains a washable filter, and two replacement filters are included. The tank also has a filter to catch coarser dirt, which is more user-friendly than its predecessor.
How it works
The Dyad Pro's controls are located on top of the handle and are easy to operate without getting in the way. Here you'll also find all the information about the Wi-Fi signal strength status, which mode is being used and how dirty the surface is. The Dyad Pro uses a DirTect sensor that measures how much dirt is on the surface and displays this on the LCD screen by turning part of a half circle red. When it comes to noise during cleaning, the Dyad Pro is very quiet, with a noise level of about 75 decibels.
The cleaning rollers move in opposite directions, so they pick up all the wet and dry dirt. This movement also allows the rollers to clean and dry themselves. This technology makes the Dyad Pro easy to move, so it glides effortlessly across hard floors. The Roborock Dyad Pro cleans and dries the rollers in the handy dock, where you can also put it away and charge it right away.
Settings
The Dyad Pro has various modes, from Max Power mode for stubborn stains to Eco mode for battery saving. The Dyad Pro also has an automatic mode that decides everything for you and cleans perfectly during normal use. It easily cleans wet spots with the dry-cleaning mode. The battery lasts for 43 minutes, so you can comfortably clean an entire medium-sized home without charging in between.
The Dyad Pro can be connected to an app via Wi-Fi, sending useful information to the user, such as the battery percentage, the current mode and the automatic self-cleaning and drying settings.
