Sturdy and versatile
The bench is sturdy and stable, weighs 36 kg itself and can support a maximum weight of 150 kg. You can perform all sorts of exercises on it, from resistance training to yoga. From now on you no longer have to go to the gym — just work on your fitness at home!
The FBB1C fitness bench comes in the Ultimate version, including two multifunctional handles, a 14-piece set of resistance bands, 2 dumbbells of 3 kg each and a support for core training — the possibilities are endless. It also comes standard with a boxing ball, a training post, 2 elastic ropes of 8 kg, 2 elastic ropes of 16 kg and a balance arm for core training.
The fitness bench comes with two sets of resistance ropes of 5 and 10 kilograms, allowing you to create a force of 10, 20 or 30 kilograms. With these ropes you can do countless exercises at different levels, ranging from biceps, chest, glutes and leg training. This makes the bench suitable for every family member!
Comfort and convenience
The fitness bench has all kinds of features, including a backrest for extra comfort, safety and support during various strength exercises. The backrest can be set to 45 degrees or 85 degrees, and the flexible arm for the resistance ropes can be positioned at 45, 90 or 135 degrees. With the KingSmith Fitness Bench, together with the accessories, you can perform a large number of exercises, including:

- Legs and/or glutes: hip thrust, Bulgarian split squats, gluteal bridge, side leg raises, bench stride, low pulley hip extensions, leg extensions, low pulley hip adduction and abduction.
- Abs: twists, in and outs, crunches, leg lifts, side plank and leg lifts.
