During the Early Bird I ordered an Anker Solis Max AC. Communication with the company, especially with Rico, was really pleasant as a customer. Rico kept me well informed about the delivery and was happy to think along with me. After arranging the delivery, I was even offered a free fixed connection so I could hook up the home battery via a wired connection. Absolutely great, of course. In short: a really nice company where service and thinking along with the customer are still held in high regard. Keep it up!

I placed an order with TechPunt and the order and payment went smoothly. I had selected a pickup point, but that wasn't visible in my account. The delivery via DHL didn't go well at first, but it was later sorted out just fine and I received my order neatly at home. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong color, but that can happen and still needs to be resolved, though I'm sure it'll be fine. My experience with TechPunt is positive because everything went clearly and quickly, and if there's any issue it gets resolved neatly and fast.

After communicating by email with Rico, I bought an Anker home battery from Techpunt. I'm very pleased with the communication and the service I've experienced so far, and I can definitely recommend Techpunt.

Found and purchased the Anker Solix MAX pro through Techpunt. I asked a few technical questions beforehand, which were answered neatly - with the help of AI. They also helped think through the technical setup of the home installation. And proactively so when it came to my question about backup power.

Contact via email went smoothly and clearly. Agreements were kept nicely and they even did their best to arrange extra benefits! If I do have to give a point for improvement, the way the payment went is a bit odd. I received a payment link for Mollie via email. It worked fine, but I'd still prefer to do that through my TechPunt page. I'm also still missing the final invoice for the product itself.

Ordered the Zendure Solar Flow 800 Plus home battery and it was delivered the next day. The P1 wasn't included, so I called and was treated really nicely, and it was still sent very quickly afterwards. Top.

Good value for second hand Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter. Ordered Sunday, arrived in Ireland on Saturday. Had to rerun brake cable, as outer sleeve was 2 cm away from rear caliper barrel adjuster. Didn't receive an email telling me the parcel had been dispatched nor any tracking details.

I ordered a charger and it was delivered the very next day. Everything went exactly as described, so from me they get 5 stars.
