The Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 features a five-fold sensor system that measures various aspects of indoor air. The device monitors PM1, PM2.5 and coarser dust particles, as well as temperature and humidity. The advanced PM1 sensor detects ultrafine particles smaller than 1 micrometer that can penetrate deep into the lungs and are more harmful than coarser particulate matter. This provides a clear and up-to-date picture of indoor air quality. Readings are displayed in real time on the built-in color LCD display, allowing you to see at a glance how air quality is evolving.

Multi-layer air purification

The air purifier uses a five-layer filtration structure. The pre-filter captures larger particles such as dust, pollen and pet dander. The high-efficiency filter removes particles down to 0.3 micrometers, including PM2.5 and smoke particles. In addition, activated carbon is present to absorb odors and other volatile organic compounds.

Smart operation and maintenance

Through the Xiaomi Home app, you can control the air purifier remotely, set schedules and check the status of the filters. It also works with voice commands via Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The filter has a lifespan of about 6 to 12 months, depending on use and environment. Thanks to the magnetic door system, replacing the filter is a snap.
