Powerful add-on for SolarFlow

Designed as an expansion battery for the SolarFlow 2400 Pro and SolarFlow 2400 AC+, the AB3000L is a practical way to expand your energy storage. The battery has a rated capacity of 60 Ah/2880 Wh and operates on a 48 V DC system. That 48 V system plays an important role because when combined with the SolarFlow architecture, energy loss can be reduced by a quarter compared to a 16 V system.

If you want to be able to store your own energy and use it when needed, you'll notice how much more efficiently it can be utilized then. The battery is also built for long-term use: it lasts about 6,000 cycles with an expected lifespan of up to about 15 years.

Scalable energy storage

A strength of the AB3000L is that it can be added to an energy ecosystem. Within an arrangement with HEMS as the central control system, multiple storage systems can operate in parallel. Each system consists of a main unit and up to five battery packs. In this way, you can expand your storage capacity incrementally. In total, storage can thus reach up to 100.8 kWh.

The advantage of this parallel construction is that the expansion remains manageable. Instead of a heavily loaded system, several systems work together while HEMS handles the coordination in the background. This is an interesting solution for when you consume more energy or if you ever want to be able to expand your storage. If you add battery packs, the structure remains stable and flexible.

Safe and efficient

The AB3000L features a triple ZenGuard safety system. This combines multiple layers of protection to keep the battery safe and reliable. The Dual-Shield BMS continuously monitors the battery and predicts risks before problems arise.

In addition, the battery includes a self-regulating maintenance mechanism to keep it in good condition. These include a regulation that prevents over-discharge and an automatic self-heating function. As a final layer of safety, an aerosol system is incorporated that can intervene in the event of extreme heat.

Each AB3000L unit is equipped with an energy management system for separate charging and discharging. This prevents a bottleneck effect where weaker cells limit a battery's performance. Separation keeps the system storing and using energy more effectively.

Practical in use

The battery is IP65-rated and thus protected from dust and splash water. With its weight of about 26.5 kg and compact dimensions, the battery remains manageable.
