The Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC+ is designed for everyday use and peak home use. With 2400 W of bi-directional AC, the system can run many devices, from lamps and laptops to heavier appliances like a kettle or your oven. As a result, you use more of your own generated power and less from the grid. Combine two sets for 4800 W of charging and discharging capacity, or scale up to three sets for as much as 7200 W.

Scale up flexibly

Not everyone needs large storage capacity right away. That's why you can start with 2.4 kWh and later expand to 16.8 kWh with additional AB3000L batteries as your energy needs change. That makes the Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC+ interesting for households that think ahead: you start small and can expand when you need more power. For example, if you ever start charging an electric car or using a heat pump and your energy consumption grows, the system remains usable.

More sun, less grid

A key advantage of this system is that it stores excess solar energy during the day and puts that power to use later. Compared to standard export through a micro-inverter, integrated storage can increase self-use by at least 60%; a big difference for when you want to use the output of your solar panels smarter.

SolarFlow also responds to fluctuating power prices. When power prices are high, the system uses energy from the battery first, while charging when prices are low or even negative. The smart ZENKI 2.0 feature that automatically controls this will be available soon.

Easily installed

Installation is deliberately kept simple; you simply plug it into any power outlet. The steps are clear and you activate the system in the app. This plug-and-play is nice if you are not waiting for a complicated installation. The Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC+ works with existing inverters, allowing you to add energy storage to your solar system. So you don't have to replace anything, but you can get more out of the power you already generate anyway.

Management and security

With HEMS, you can instantly see how energy is being generated, stored and used in your home. Solar panels, battery, grid power and home consumption all come together in this system. You can also connect SolarFlow to your smart meter via the P1 dongle, so that the system continuously sees what your panels are producing and what you are using, and automatically charges or discharges the battery at the right time. This allows you to better track where your power comes from and when you use it.

The system can work with up to 6 2400AC+ setups simultaneously and supports metering accessories from Shelly, EverHome and Homewizard, among others. Integration is also possible with systems such as Home Assistant and Homey via MQTT.

A great deal of attention has also been paid to safety. The system uses dual battery monitoring that continuously monitors important values and can spot problems early. Smart regulation prevents excessive discharge, and at low temperatures the battery can heat itself. As additional protection, an aerosol fire suppression system is built in that automatically kicks in when overheating occurs. The housing has an IP65 rating and the SolarFlow comes with a 10-year warranty and an expected lifespan of up to 15 years.
