Better than conventional HEPA filter

Combining 2 filter technologies: electrostatic charge and mechanical filtration, the filter removes up to 99.97% of all polluting 0.3μm particles from the air and retains dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke and small particles.

The filter also eliminates foul odors from smoking, pets, cooking or other practices. Compared to a HEPA filter, the filter reduces noise and energy consumption while maintaining all cleaning efficiency.

On just 1 filter, you can do almost a year. Xiaomi therefore recommends changing the filter element every 6-12 months. In the app, you will get an alert when your filter needs to be replaced.
