The Xiaomi Fimi X8 Mini is an excellent drone with a range of interesting features. The Xiaomi X8 Mini features a number of practical flight modes that even the DJI Mini series does not have. The Xiaomi Fimi X8 Mini has a particularly long range of 8000 meters thanks to a brand new 5.8 Ghz TDMA transmission system. This system uses GPS, GLONASS and BEIDOU technology that ensures more stable transmissions and optimized sensitivity. The drone offers as much as 30 minutes of non-stop flight time on a full battery. The Xiaomi Fimi X8 Mini features Sony 1/2.6″ CMOS sensor to capture very vivid 4K (3840x2160p) footage at 30 frames per second. The 80-degree lens offers a wide viewing angle to capture the entire landscape effortlessly. With the special AI Night Mode, you can take great photos and videos even in the dark! Thanks to the built-in 3-axis Gimbal, the drone offers very stable recordings. The maximum bit rate is 100 Mbps. Videos are recorded in the H.265/HEVC Codec, with support for F-log and DNG image formats. Photos are 12MP in JPG or DNG.

Because the Xiaomi Fimi X8 Mini offers Level 5 wind resistance, the drone always remains stable in the air. The X8 Mini is easy to control using the included remote control, but it is also possible to control the drone via your smartphone. Through the app you can also receive low battery warnings, power warnings, wind warnings and no-fly warnings.

The X8 Mini comes in Standard version (258 grams) or Pro Version (245 grams). Of course, the drone is foldable, down to 15 by 9 centimeters, making it very easy to carry around. When unfolded, the drone measures 20 by 15 centimeters and is therefore still very compact! The maximum flight speed of the X8 Mini is 16 meters per second (almost 60 km / h).
